  My Father recently passed away and our family cannot express how much help and understanding that was provided by the staff. Everyone we spoke with were very informed of our situation. My brother and I live in Tennessee so it required multiple phone calls back and forth. We were kept up to date of any changes due to our last minute travel arrangements. My family cannot thank Matthew Bailey and his fellow employees enough to make our experience as stress free as possible.

  When my dad died, we used a cremation society in Florida and had a very good experience. When mom died, I used the Cremation Society of New England. They were not as cheap as the cremation society in FL, but they were reasonably priced and there were no hidden charges.
  
  I can't help but notice the person who wrote the negative review is someone who goes around and writes negative reviews for cremation societies. They are probably just a competitor of these people!

  They did my father's cremation and everything was fine, but when they did my mother's 9 months later, it was like dealing with a different company. They didn't call when they said they would, the ashes weren't ready when they said they would be, and when I complained, an employee (Andrea) called me "crass." Not recommended.
